Robin Simmons is an Education Professor from the University of Huddersfield, in the United Kingdom. His work focusses on social, economic and educational issues, including educational policy, the political economy of training and Education, and social justice -even though Robin is perhaps best known for his research into youth unemployment and the marginalised lives of young people, especially those classified as NEET (not in Education, Employment or training) or vulnerable to Become NEET. His most recent book, Education and Working-Class Youth: Reshaping the Politics of Inclusion, was Published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2018.
